Example of Position Responsibilities:
-
Plan, organize and direct the programs for the Sand Springs office.
-
Identify and assess the effectiveness of services provided and the need for additional services.
-
Assist staff in providing continuity of care.
-
Forecast budgetary needs of the Sand Springs Treatment Programs.
-
Submit required reports and other reports and recommendations to the QA/QI Specialist, Clinical Director.
-
Monitor the maintenance and integrity of the facility and equipment at the Sand Springs offices and initiate maintenance and repair procedures, as appropriate.
-
Seek out and utilize, through supervision, education, and consultation, the knowledge needed to increase the quality and quantity of services offered at Sand Springs.
-
Assist in selecting staff reviewing resumes, interviewing prospective employees, and providing input to the Clinical Director.
-
Provide written evaluations of all staff supervised.
-
Serve as representative for Sand Springs program and provide input in the decision making process of the agency.
-
Maintain clinical records.
-
Conduct clinical staff meetings.
-
Be responsible for PICIS/GoHealth reporting of any clients directly assigned to his/her care as well as overseeing training and providing assistance to staff supervised regarding PICIS/GoHealth issues.
-
Refer a consumer to the appropriate mental health or substance abuse treatment facility when needed and follow up to ensure the client receives needed care.

Manage a crisis involving a consumer, including a threat of suicide or harm to others.
Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director and/or Executive Director.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to move from location to location, bending, stooping, lifting 25 pounds, communicate clearly, prepare written communications, present information to other employees, process complex information within established procedures/programs, enter data to various programs. Must be able to climb stairs and access non-handicapped equipped residences/facilities.
