Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client/Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients (Pharmaceutical industry), supporting our company's mission, and driving customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent service and a strong understanding of the Pharmaceutical and financial services industries.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationships
- Establish and develop great relationships with clients and their teams
- Deeply understand client business, brands, and organizational structure
- Manage the client through project life cycles
Strategic Alignment
- Understand clients’ businesses, industry, competitors, key drivers, environment, etc.
- Identify opportunities to bring value to our client's businesses, and grow business organically
- Assist in shaping strategies and developing content and activation plans.
- Define, prioritize and lead both strategic projects and tactical execution
- Direct project prioritization, management, and risk mitigation to ensure all tactics are delivered flawlessly on time and on budget
- Management of sales forecasts and financial aspects
- Tracks non-executable order issues
- Coordinates with clients on orders and creates sales order
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, or in-person
- Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
- Identifies discrepancies as they arise and uses problem solving abilities. Reports reasons for discrepancies to management
- Serves as a troubleshooter and resolves problems inherent in order processing issues. Seeks advice/input on more complex problems
- Interacts with cross functional support teams (Client Services, Distribution, QA, Finance etc.)
- Recognizes strategic opportunities for process improvement
- Establishes clear timelines for accomplishing goals
- Independently solves routine problems/issues. Seeks advice/input on more complex problems.
- Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
- Be entrepreneurial, action and solution-oriented at all times
kills and Experience:
- 3+ years experience in brand and/or engagement strategy with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry
- An understanding of marketing communications and regulations of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry in the US
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle complex customer inquiries
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
- Pharma launch and HCP marketing experience
- A passion for technology, emerging media, and all things digital
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Previous healthcare ad agency experience is required
- University degree required
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team
- Strong presentation and communication skills are a must

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
