1. Coordinates with Deans and Chairpersons/Coordinators the development and implementation course schedules.
2. Coordinates with the Office of Curriculum and Assessment to maintain the on-line local catalog.
3. Coordinates with Deans and Chairpersons/Coordinators to resolve scheduling conflicts, accommodate course and program changes, and other problems.
4. Responsible for the inventory of instructional facilities, including monitoring classroom furniture (quantity and condition) and coordination of purchase of new classroom furniture.
5. Coordinates with Maintenance staff and Deans to accommodate renovation and maintenance of academic buildings.
6. Implements and maintains course and facility fees.
7. Collaborate with personnel in Business Services with the coordination of updating and maintaining the Facilities Report in relation to seat allocations and room descriptions.
8. Coordinates with Information Systems to generate notification of schedule changes.
9. Coordinates preparation of schedule with information Systems and Publications staff.
10. Provides scheduling information as needed for marketing.
11. Performs other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor.
