Job Summary:
Join our team as an Inventory Associate where you will play a crucial role in managing inventory levels and ensuring the efficient flow of products within our warehouse. As an Inventory Associate, you will be responsible for <maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular inventory counts, and collaborating with various teams to optimize inventory processes>.
Duties:
- <Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions>
- <Conduct regular physical inventory counts to reconcile discrepancies>
- <Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure adequate stock levels>
- <Utilize inventory management software to track and monitor inventory movements>
- <Assist in identifying root causes of inventory discrepancies and implementing corrective actions>
- <Coordinate with warehouse team to optimize storage space and organization>
Experience:
- Previous experience in <inventory management, demand planning, or warehouse operations>
- Proficiency in <SQL or other data analysis tools> for inventory tracking and analysis
- Familiarity with <E-commerce platforms> is a plus
- Strong analytical skills for conducting <root cause analysis> on inventory discrepancies
- Knowledge of <contract management> for buying and selling transactions
- Experience in <data entry> and maintaining accurate records
- Understanding of <warehouse management> principles
