Job Description
The Commerce Partnerships team at NBCU is dedicated to creating shoppable entertainment across any platform where NBCU content lives. We are working to fulfill the long sought-after dream to - either with a click of a button or tap of a remote - instantly purchase the amazing products and services you see in tv shows, digital content, social platforms, virtual worlds, and more.
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead client activations and internal initiatives. You will drive communication with clients, and coordinate between marketing, content, creative, product, marketplace operations, and measurement teams in the development and execution of commerce activations.
You will be working across multiple teams within a large media organization, requiring excellent relationship skills as well as a high level of organization and time management. The ability to find efficiencies in processes and resources while working on fast-paced projects is also required.
You will report to the Senior Director of Project Management, Commerce Partnerships.
Responsibilities:

Manage the strategic planning, creative development, and execution of NBCU’s Commerce Partnerships activations, serving as both an internal project lead, and day-to-day operational contact for our clients.

Create project plans, tracking all timelines and schedules from project inception through completion

Maintain accurate and updated records of all feedback from major stakeholders on activation elements

Build effective, highly collaborative relationships with key partners across multiple disciplines as well as external vendors as it relates to the successful execution of projects

Lead the communication and dissemination of information between all working teams
-
Align roadmaps with internal and external teams - identify gaps in resources, operational workflows, and communication

Create compelling presentation materials for client / internal meetings and resources.

Coordinate and manage product/tech integrations with internal and external partners, Commerce Partnerships product and engineering teams, and other teams and resources

Create and manage reporting status and progress of all projects, being prepared to communicate that status regularly to leadership
Qualifications
-
5+ years project management experience within customer-focused marketing, tech, commerce, digital media, or otherwise creative industry
-
Experience managing projects with large cross-functional teams working towards a singular creative goal
-
Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholder groups ideally with a focus on activations/events, innovation, and growth

Experience managing, optimizing, and creating operational workflows

Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as conceptual and strategic skills

Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel

Additional Requirements

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. (Tuesday - Thursday)

Salary range: $100,000 - $125,000
