The Job:
Kimbrough Law LLC is growing! We are seeking a full time Real Estate Sales Marketing Specialistfor our new Buckhead, GA location.
This Real Estate Sales Marketing Specialistprofessional will report to the Managing Attorney. A diverse array of marketing tasks will be involved, including attending and organizing events, acknowledging client closings, tracking client engagement, managing social media, and more. Additionally, it's essential to recognize that this position will necessitate some development, as there are currently few established systems and policies in place for it.
The Daily:
You will be responsible for leveraging your marketing expertise, industry knowledge, and sales acumen to drive business growth and generate new opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, building strong client relationships, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize marketing expertise and industry knowledge to develop comprehensive marketing strategies
- Responsible for growing the mover/real estate channel by increasing and maximizing the number of real estate program participants and referrals resulting in new customer
- Initiate and conduct face-to-face presentations to introduce program and benefits to brokers/offices/agents and target real estate influencers
- Execute digital marketing campaigns and leverage traditional marketing channels to reach target demographics effectively.
- Attend client events and maintain a strong focus on delivering an exceptional client experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop quarterly sales plans and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Generate new business opportunities by pitching to developers, lenders, and individual agents
- Create compelling pitch decks and presentations to secure new clients
- Demonstrate an innovative mindset by continually exploring new ways to drive business growth and improve client engagement
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and influencing skills
- Conduct thorough research to identify target demographics, market trends, and competitor activities
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, coordinating timelines and ensuring deadlines are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service
- Possess a strong background and demonstrated success in sales, with a hunter mentality and a passion for achieving results
- Develop and nurture relationships with industry professionals and other stakeholders to enhance business opportunities
- Travel required (30% travel)
- Must be able to travel to customer location with personal vehicle
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing
- 2 plus years of proven outside sales experience required
- Solid grasp of local real estate market trends and dynamics
- Problem solving skills: ability to listen, identify the root cause, offer appropriate recommendations, and determine the best resolution
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft/ Google Office Suite and digital marketing tools
- A drive for excellence and a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets
