SUMMARY:
As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in our financial planning and budgeting processes. You will analyze financial statements and reports, develop financial models, prepare projections, and perform research and analysis to support our leadership. Additionally, you will assist with our monthly close processes. This is a full-time, onsite position where you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to our financial success and grow your career with us.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports
- Developing comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Developing financial projections and building financial models.
- Tracking KPIs and preparing financial reports.
- Assisting with budgeting/forecasting and monthly closing processes.
- Understanding key business drivers.
- Performing research and analysis as required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
- Professional certifications are a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
- Working knowledge of financial strategies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar software.
- Experience with JDE or other software tools preferred.
SKILLS:
- Prepares in advance for known fluctuations in workloads and develops contingency plans to ensure continuation of essential departmental functions.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- English Language skills required

$88k – $98k/year BOE
