Casco Bay Food and Beverage seeks to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative / Receptionist in our Lewiston office. We are looking for that special Customer Service Receptionist who feels comfortable working with customers and being the face of our office.
Responsibilities and Duties
Primary duties of the Customer Service Representative/Receptionist include but are not limited to: meet/greet guests, answer and direct multiple phone lines, provide general administrative support, and assisting with the back-office cashier may be required. Incoming customer calls could entail processing office coffee supply orders or creating maintenance work orders.
This person needs to have excellent communication skills to be able to interact with various employees, customers and vendors. Outstanding customer service is critical in this role. This includes good communication and listening skills and the ability to understand and accurately communicate the customer's needs. Candidate must be able to manage telephone customer interactions and convey confidence while resolving the customer's issues.

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Basic math skills, and ability to work with percentages, fractions, and decimals.
- Able to thrive in a changing environment. (Every call is different and requires a unique and customized response)
- Able to complete work accurately while under deadline pressure. This includes quickly making decisions with limited input from the customer.
- Strong computer skills included Microsoft Office programs.
- Need to know how to use web-based computer applications and type with at least 90% accuracy.
- Punctuality and reliable attendance are essential to be successful in this organization.
- Must be able to lift/move up to 50lbs.
