The IT organization at Workday is called "Business Technology." We continue our mission to deliver unparalleled value to our business partners and customers. The Program & Business Operations team works with customers within and outside BT to define, align on, and implement the strategic programs and operations. The team is also responsible for standardizing program methodologies, tools, and operations across the BT organization to provide a unified experience for business partners.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Change Enablement Communications & Project Manager to focus on the processes, measurement, and management of IT change communications across Workday.
A passion for rolling out new IT technology in a global organization and understanding change management principles is critical to being successful in this role.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with other change communications team members to create a set of consistent processes, tools and templates for change communications execution
Develop and track overall IT change communications plans, including reporting on scope
Create executive-level Google Slide presentation that are both visually appealing and engaging.
Write emails and other communications (Slack, enablement videos, Intranet pages, etc.)
Monitor the schedules and deliverables for communications and training deliverables
Interact with a diverse group of collaborators and subject matter experts to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
About You
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS in Business, Technology, General Management or related work experience
4+ years experience with IT change communications projects, using knowledge and skills in change management principles, methodologies and tools
4+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in an IT environment
Other Qualifications:
Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams and third parties.
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
Excellent active listening and presentation skills
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Expertise with collaboration tools (G Suite, Zoom, Slack, and SmartSheet)

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $124,000 USD - $186,000 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $117,800 USD - $210,000 USD
