We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst - Workforce Analytics to join our team. Collect and analyze HR data from various sources, including HRIS, time and attendance systems, performance management systems, and employee surveys.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity through data cleansing, validation, and integration processes.

Develop and maintain data integration processes to consolidate HR data from multiple systems into a centralized data repository.

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Administer and maintain the analytics system, including user access management, system configurations, and troubleshooting.

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI to provide meaningful insights to HR stakeholders.

Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in HR data.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and projects by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and data management.

A minimum of 8+ years relevant experience.

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field highly preferred. A Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience as an HR Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including HRIS, employee lifecycle, performance management, and talent acquisition.

Proficiency in data collection, data integration, and data analysis techniques.

Experience working with HR analytics tools such as OneModel and Power BI.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.

Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of HR compliance, data privacy, and security regulations.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $174,000 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
