The Wholesale DMV Support Clerk will support the Wholesale DMV department with various duties and tasks as assigned.
Employees in this position will be paid a base hourly wage ranging from $18.00/hr to $20.00/hr

Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities included but are not limited to the following: other duties may be assigned.

Support the Wholesale DMV Department with various duties and tasks as assigned.
- Assist the Wholesale DMV Clerks with all aspects of DMV paperwork as needed. Including but not limited to:
- Maintaining files on Wholesale.
- Complies and maintains and complete list of all outstanding title work.
- Maintenance of titles for units in used inventory.
- Processes citations
- Verifying accuracy and completeness of verification of payoffs and check requests before executing payment and payoffs.
- Prepare title work for units sold at auction(s).
- Providing support to Used Car Managers as needed.
- Reports to management the state of any missing or problem items and provides a current list of outstanding titles daily.
- Stays abreast of title regulations; attends seminars and any available training on title regulations.
- Report to management any situation or condition considered to jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of Mossy, its employees, or clients.
- Cross train with others to handle title clerk daily responsibilities (as needed).

- AVRs Experience a plus
- Ability to provide quality customer service
