Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team at Nibav Lifts Inc. Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving: Unload incoming shipments and verify their accuracy against purchase orders. Inspect goods for any damage or discrepancies.
- Inventory Management: Organize and store products in the appropriate locations, maintain accurate inventory records, and participate in regular stock counts.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring timely and correct delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards before shipping.
- Shipping Coordination: Prepare shipping documents, label packages, and coordinate with carriers for timely pickups and deliveries.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs), stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
