Summary
The primary function of the Ware Washer is to collaborate with the other positions within the kitchen, and ensure that everything is up to the standards set by the Health Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Wash all: glassware, pots, pans, utensils and kitchenware either by hand or through the use of the Dish Machine.
- Set up sanitation stations throughout the kitchen.
- Collect and dispose of all garbage from containers into the compactor.
- Replace garbage bags as appropriate.
- Wash garbage containers.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors, walls, fixtures and equipment as deemed necessary.
- Clean all carts, rolling racks, warmers, and refrigerators.
- Clean all stainless-steel tables and counter tops.
- Clean grill and griddle, along with disposal of any and all grease.
- Clean and change out oil from fryers as deemed necessary.
- Clean and maintain the employee cafeteria.
- Maintain both the soda machine and steam table in the employee cafeteria.
- Clean ovens, steamers and steam tables.
- Prepare salads, cold cuts and other cold items for employee cafeteria.
- Clean and maintain drains in the kitchen.
- Sort and organize all glassware, utensils and related items.
- Replenish paper towels and soap for hand washing stations throughout the kitchen.
- Clean and organize all walk-in boxes.
- Assist with stock and deliveries.
- Keep track of both the chemical and dry goods inventories.
- Attend all mandatory meetings and hotel functions.
- Comply with all company standards and policies, as established in the employee handbook.
- Other duties as required.
