This position is responsible for the growth of the department. Required to work with the sales team to develop mutually beneficial proposals, negotiate terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

5.0 Travel
- This position requires up to 40% travel.
6.0 Responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional teams to develop corporate strategies and establish long range goals and objectives.
- Work in conjunction with leadership teams, both local and global, to shape strategic planning and ensure strategies and sourcing plans are aligned with company objectives.
- Responsible for clear communication and coordination on resolution of any service delivery concerns among branches and regions for specifically assigned account(s).
- Work in a professional manner and in conjunction with local and global operations client services and exceed expectations.
- Oversee and coordinate client activities, complaints, and/or resolutions or mediation processes with appropriate internal or external contacts.
- Generate opportunities for revenue growth that are consistent with key account initiatives and strategies.
- Meet defined key performance indicators, as outlined in client requirements, programs and other agreements; prepare and present for client performance review meetings.
- Work closely with Regional and Branch Managers to monitor local businesses and events to help develop and maintain market opportunities for each branch location.
- Formalize projects proposals, specify appropriate standards and pricing.
- Communicate client expectations of services to local and regional coordinators.
