Fully remote! We are an established agency seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Producer (LSP) to join our team of easy-going, supportive, and friendly staff.
As an LSP, your main priority will be generating new business using leads purchased by the Agency, and helping us increase our size and reach through customer interactions and book/portfolio management.
You must have several years of experience doing this exact job with demonstrated success in sales at one of the larger carriers to be eligible. Candidates without that experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through outbound calling, texting, and emailing
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and other marketing strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Educate clients on various insurance products and services offered by the company
- Assist clients in selecting the best insurance coverage that meets their needs
- Maintain accurate and complete client records and sales reports
- Ensure all policies are properly underwritten and documented
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid "Property and Casualty Personal Lines" License
- Must have a clean background and pass fingerprinting
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance sales
- Strong sales and marketing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
