Deputy Operations Manager
Location: San Antonio, TX
LinTech Global Inc. is recruiting for a Deputy Operations Manager to support our contract at the DHA DHHQ office in San Antonio, TX.
Position Overview: This employee will be the Deputy Operations Manager taking control of the day-to-day tasks of the DHA DHHQ team.
Job Duties
- The Deputy Operations Manager Coordinate and work closely with Program Manager, Contracts Specialists, COR, and Program CIO, and Program Division Chiefs to ensure an all “Exceptional” Contractor Performance Assessment Report (CPAR) every Option Year.
- In charge of devising and managing both computer and networking systems.
- Analyze desired processes and outcomes and advise on the right combination of IT systems and components to achieve specific business, department, team, and functional goals.
- Work closely with Program Manager in identifying, tracking, and managing individual project risks, communications, plans, and resources while providing weekly and monthly status updates to the customer and corporate office.
- Make sure deliverables and all other customer requested documents are completed and submitted on time (i.e. Weekly Report, Customer’s Weekly Activity Report, Weekly Customer Support Division Metrics, and Monthly report)
- Work closely with Program Manager, Sub-contractor, and Support Team to ensure optimal performance and reliability to meet established SLA(s)
- Work closely with Program Manager and program Team Leads to help identify issues and risks while providing potential solutions and mitigation approaches.
- Provide customer management support to include tracking and addressing customer requests related to program objectives.
- Was responsible for the Onboarding and Off boarding of personnel.
- Coordinated project activities with Support Team, Program Manager and Agency Stakeholders to plan and execute on defined program objectives.
- Ensure all Customer requests and requirements are documented, communicated, and reviewed by Program Manager on an as needed basis.
- Assisted with coordinating travel requests and completing all required pre and post travel documents.
- Work with the Accounting team to review and process billable and non-billable expenses.
- Assisted with organizing employee team building events and coordinate Executive and Senior Management site visits.
- Attend all weekly and ad hoc Customer meetings.
- Ability to manage customer’s expectations.
- Evaluate, advise, and manage work strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Responsible for management of the individual performance requirements associated with the contract.
- Plans, initiates, and manages information technology projects.
- Lead and guide the work of technical staff.
- Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
- Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
- Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
- Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
