Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. If you have a background in office administration, people management, and possess excellent computer skills along with a fast typing speed, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to funeral home clients, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and efficiency.
- Manage and oversee office administrative tasks to support smooth operations.
- Utilize advanced computer skills to handle customer inquiries, process orders, and maintain accurate records.
- Demonstrate fast and accurate typing skills to efficiently handle data entry and communication.
- Collaborate with team members across various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Experience in office administration and customer service.
- Proven experience in managing people and leading a team.
- Excellent computer proficiency, including familiarity with office software and databases.
