REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING:
This position is responsible for the oversight of assigned facility sales initiatives, both internal and external, compliance with marketing standards, increase/maintaining of facility census, and producing and analyzing sales reports. The Regional Director of Sales and Marketing leads their teams by example to uphold and promote the mission and values of PLC while developing, supporting, and growing the capabilities of each team member.

Essential job functions:
- Drive census in facilities
- Manage facility-level sales performance with facility team
- Hire, train, and develop facility-level marketers into higher functioning and productive sales people
- Reports any issues to facility Administrator
- Assists families and other visitors as needed
- Attends/completes required in-services trainings and other required meetings
- Promotes Priority Life Care mission and values at all times
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, a minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare business development role and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working in a long-term care setting
- Strong reporting and analysis skills, ability to determine and react to industry and area trends
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and ordinances relating to licensed senior housing
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, colleagues, and the general public.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to re-prioritize daily tasks
- Driven leader with compassion for and desire to work in the field of senior living
- Must maintain a valid drivers’ license in the applicable state(s)
$100,000/year + Bonuses
