Our organization is looking for a talented Calibration Technician to join our growing team. Our laboratory in Charlotte NC is a 17025 accredited laboratory. The ideal candidate for this role has experience calibrating instruments and equipment, creating calibration plans, and maintaining calibration records. A successful candidate can prioritize tasks, adhere to company policies, and maintain proper documentation. The ability to calibrate various primary-level dimensional items is preferred. The work schedule can be five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Calibration Technician is responsible for ensuring that all equipment is calibrated promptly and meets the quality standards set by the organization. The ideal candidate will have a primary interest in both the technical and administrative aspects of this position and will be detail-oriented, experienced, and eager to join a growing team.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in calibrating torque wrenches, torque transducers, calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and other dimensional items is highly preferred. However, we welcome candidates with a working knowledge of these items and a willingness to learn new skills. Rest assured, we will provide the necessary training to ensure that our team is equipped with the necessary skills to deliver high-quality work.

- Familiar with ISO 17025 (preferred)

- Must be dependable and maintain a good attendance record.
