The Enhanced 911 Board seeks a self-motivated individual for the position of Emergency Communications Training Coordinator (ECTC). The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Board's Training and Communications Program Manager to develop, implement and maintain the Board's 911 call-taker training programs, quality control program, public education and outreach programs, as well as advance and support wellness initiatives for the emergency communications community.
The ECTC works with, and under the direction of, the Training and Communications Program Manager to ensure all Board training and communications initiatives align with national standards, industry best practice and Board policies and directives.

As of July 14, 2024 the step 1 rate for pay grade 24 will be $28.16 per hour.
