Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team. The Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating appointments, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient patient flow in a medical or dental office setting.
Duties:
- Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently using <ER>, <phone systems>, <Eaglesoft>, or <eClinicalWorks> software
- Coordinate with medical or dental staff to optimize appointment scheduling
- Manage patient records and update information as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information
- Ensure compliance with scheduling policies and procedures
- Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts or issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in <Medical office> or <Dental office> setting preferred
- Proficiency in <Medical administrative support> tasks
- Knowledge of <Medical scheduling> practices and procedures
- Familiarity with <Urgent care> operations is a plus
- Ability to work with <Medical records> accurately and efficiently
