Duties:
- Oversee food production and ensure high-quality standards are met
- Supervise kitchen staff and provide guidance as needed
- Collaborate with the dietary department to create nutritious and appealing menus
- Implement food safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Engage in menu planning for diverse dining options
- Execute fine dining experiences for guests
