Our employees are truly what makes this a great company. As a Lead Maintenance Technician, each day will be different than the other. A day in the life includes but is not limited to:

Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready-condition
-
Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.)

Perform on-call emergency service as required
-
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed

Assist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris
Who and what skills are we looking for?
-
A minimum of 2-3 year of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns
-
Basic to moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills
-
EPA Type II or Universal is highly preferred

Energetic, responsible and organized
