Are you a driven individual with a passion for sales and leadership? We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving targets and driving business growth. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing market trends, managing key accounts, and expanding our technology sales portfolio. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to showcase product features and benefits
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business deals
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the sales team, fostering a culture of leadership
Experience:
- Must have 5+ years minimum experience in In-Home Sales
( Must be B2C sales experience in the home improvement industry)
- Track record of retaining, training, and growing a successful sales team ( 3+ years minimum experience in home improvement industry)
- Strong understanding & experience with the one-call-close, in-home sales process
- The ability to hold others accountable while fostering a supportive environment
- Strong technology adoption skills and the ability to use CRM's, sales force experience is a plus
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding goals
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred but not required
- Completion of a clean background report and drug screen
- Valid Driver's License
