We are seeking a Business Development Project Manager to join our hospitality company! You will responsible for coordinating all new business initiatives and driving optimization and process improvements for existing business.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving processes optimization initiatives for Gaetro Group LLC brands, Amyfinehouse (amyfinehouse.com) and Guest365 (guest365.co)
- - Create metrics collection systems and generate performance metrics to establish standard operating procedures and improvement decisions. Hold operations team accountable to complete action items and tasks timely
- - Collaborate with all departments to document standard operating procedure (SOPs), frequently asked questions (FAQ), and team training material; Use Artificial Intelligence to create best in class
- Responsible for coordinating marketing/branding activities for Gaetro Group LLC Brands, Amyfinehouse and Guest365
- -Organizes monthly marketing/branding campaign meetings
- -Generates marketing execution plan
- -Responsible for coordinating and running marketing execution plan
- -Work with Marketing Associates to create and maintain company websites (Amyfinehouse.com, guest365store.com guest365liquour.com), various marketing platforms, SEO, Videos and run email campaigns (automate messages to unconverted website visitors),
- -Coordinate daily social media (FB, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, Twitter) posts for items for sale, things to do, travel tips, our brand accommodation/conceirge/upsells (Use company Assets and Boostly Content Creator)
- -Coordinate Paid Ads (Tripadvisors, FB, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, Tiktok) for Amyfinehouse and Guest365 brands
- -Responsible for strategy to grow social media followers, engagement and inquiries for Amyfinehouse and Guest365 brands
- -Responsible for managing relationships with Reps of Suppliers, Agents, and Online Travel Agencies (OTA) to increase company sales and visibilities. Host sponsored events for the brands
- -Support direct bookings and referral system initiatives
- -Liaison with local influencers, realtors, relocation associates, business travelers, travel agents, temporary housing insurance associates
- Responsible for coordinating new business initiatives (NBI)
- -Ballun Dor Building project: Owner representative with Project Developer, Design Firms. Responsible for holding contractors accountable, day-to-day owner actions, and Stakeholder communication
- -Guest365 Software: Owner representative with Software Development House. Responsible for holding Software Development Team accountable, day-to-day owner actions, and Stakeholder communication
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in business development, marketing, sales, customer service, project management or other related fields
- Ability to multitask, manage time and others efficiently
- Strong leadership qualities and project management skills
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to influence others
- Friendly with excellent written and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, restaurant, hospitality, hotel, short term rental and construction industries
- Previous experience with Hospitality Software
- Previous experience in business process optimization and SOPs
- Previous experience in business marketing and branding
- Previous experience in construction management and consulting
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $48,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
