Technical Program Manager
As a Technical Marketing Program Manager, you will synthesize industry research, product roadmaps, and customer perspectives to develop strategic marketing plans. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders in Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and other divisions to ensure that all marketing collateral and activities are consistent, accurate, and addressing the diverse needs of our users and customers.Key
Responsibilities:
- Become an expert on Rizzle's product offerings and details
- Learning product roadmaps, customer perspectives, industry news, and strategic marketing plans
- Learning about Rizzle technologies, major competitors, and industry trends through independent research and close collaboration with subject matter experts
- Collaborating with marketing operations and creative teams to foster a stronger understanding of Rizzle, inform the direction of marketing activities, and review marketing collateral for technical accuracy
- Developing marketing program plans, project proposals, and technical briefs that distill key technical information, business intelligence, and strategic objectives into actionable guidance for all related marketing activities and collateral
- Own strategic technology partnerships
- Lead a team of writers, content marketers, and video creators to direct and manage the activities around newsletters, webinars, tutorials, social media content, blogs, and other things as required.
- Leading event planning and participation towards the right business outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with at least 8 years of industry experience
- Experience leading teams in software companies
- Prior program management experience with technical teams and software products
- Well versed with task management systems like Jira, Asana, or other similar platforms
- An aptitude for research, learning technical topics, and solving complex problems
- Skilled at building rapport with diverse stakeholders, representing their perspectives and needs
- Excel at teaching, presenting to small and large groups, and painting a compelling vision that energizes teams and drives their work
- Enjoy traveling to conferences and tradeshows
- Experience leading and working with remote teams in Asia
- Strong communicator with exceptional listening skills
