You'll collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and our internal team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate restoration projects, ensuring all phases are completed on time.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, subcontractors, and internal team to provide updates and resolve any issues that arise.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with job management software
- Maintain accurate project documentation and financial records.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
- Knowledgeable in data management and entry.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the insurance restoration or construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
