Job Description
Responsibilities:
Customer purchase order processing including data entry prep of invoices and shipping records and handle freight/small carrier requirements;
Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
Assume general administrative responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
Good English verbal and written communication skills are required.
Good typing/data entry, writing and clerical skills are required.
Good telephone skills are required.
Must be able to follow instructions and procedures.
Must be organized and able to multi-task and prioritize workload.
Must manage time efficiently and work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
Must be able to pass a government background investigation.
Ability to thrive in a high-paced work environment, while maintaining both procedural and ethical integrity; and excellent organizational skills.

This position will work office hours – M-F 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and F 8:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
