Our growing dental lab is seeking a talented and experienced Dental Lab Ceramist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in crafting high-quality, aesthetically pleasing dental restorations that meet the needs of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Create beautiful and functional dental restorations, including crowns, bridges, veneers, and dentures, using a variety of techniques like staining, glazing, porcelain stacking, and wax-ups.
- Collaborate closely with dentists and technicians to ensure restorations meet precise specifications and patient expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Utilize digital equipment and software effectively, such as CAD/CAM technology.
- Travel to our different dental offices within the region to provide on-site shade matching and lab support to dentists and patients.
- Maintain a strong understanding of dental materials and techniques.
- Stay up-to-date on current dental trends and advancements in the field.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Dental Lab Ceramist.
- Proven ability to create high-quality, aesthetically pleasing dental restorations.
- Strong understanding of dental materials, techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various locations within the region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
