What You’ll Be Doing:
- Dietary Management: Assessing residents’ dietary needs and preferences to plan nutritious, balanced meals that cater to diverse health conditions and cultural tastes.
- Budgeting and Procurement: Managing food budgets and shopping for groceries within set financial limits while ensuring high nutritional value.
- Meal Preparation Oversight: Supervising or directly handling meal preparation, ensuring food safety and dietary compliance.
- Facility Oversight: Supervising daily operations of residential facilities, enforcing house rules, and maintaining order and cleanliness.
- Adaptive Role Engagement: Remains flexible in duties, ready to tackle additional tasks or adapt responsibilities as the needs of our residents and organization evolve.
- Supportive Interaction: Providing ongoing support and guidance to residents, aiding in their recovery and personal development.
- Administrative and Reporting Tasks: Handling administrative duties, maintaining accurate records, and compiling reports on resident progress and facility operations.
- Crisis Management: Acting swiftly and effectively in emergencies, providing necessary interventions or support.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential management, social work, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of dietary planning, budget management, and facility operations.
- Ability to handle emergencies and unexpected situations effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.85 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
