Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Torrance, CA
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative must provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This position will provide administrative support to the sales team and will interact with customers to provide information about our products and services, answer questions about our products, and resolve issues. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for processing orders and tracking orders in our system.
Qualifications:
- Entry Level
- Must be bilingual in English and Vietnamese.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers over the phone, in person, and via email.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
