- Regional Behavioral Health Consultant
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, with an Early Childhood Endorsement, or Child and Family Services and formal education in mental health or behavioral guidance of young children.
- Preferred 3 years of experience working with children who are experiencing significant social, emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs. A combination of education and experience can be considered.
- Provide expert guidance and support to the regional CCR&R staff and childcare programs on social-emotional related topics.
- Provide expert guidance and support to childcare programs and external coaches participating in all CCR&R coaching and professional development initiatives.
- Act as an external coach as regional needs warrant.
- Offer regional staff training as appropriate to maintain capacity and sustainability.
- Provide onsite behavior intervention support alongside regional CCR&R staff.
- Collaborate with statewide Behavioral Health and other regional behavior health initiatives on building statewide capacity, to include sharing updates with the region.
- Support the statewide system initiatives laid out by the Behavioral Health statewide team.
- Provide Behavioral Health statewide team with regional needs assessment data and recommendations to support statewide systems.
- Support EC-PBIS SLT initiatives as directed by the Behavior Health statewide team.
- Maintain regional Statewide Curriculum Behavioral Mental Health (SEBMH) toolkits and supplies.
- Assist in maintaining fidelity of the National Center for Pyramid Model Innovations (NCPMI) system.
- Model continuous quality improvement techniques and strategies to peers and co-workers.
- Develop educational materials including video tutorials and other special projects as assigned.
- Cultivate and maintain partner relationships with local Behavior Health community partners.
- Participate in regional peer to peer meetings as requested.
- Provide technical assistance for virtual Behavioral Health trainings.
- Meet the qualifications as a level 3 instructor for CCR&R.
- Complete I-Consult level 1.
- Complete I-Consult level 2.
- Complete Practice Based Coaching.
- Complete TPOT and TPITOS reliability training and maintain certification to offer support to programs as appropriate.

- Must have valid driver's license, insurance and reliable transportation, and maintain a good driving record.
- Submit to a Motor Vehicle Records check before hire and annually thereafter.
- Submit to a FBI National Criminal History Check upon employment and every four years thereafter.
- Submit to a Department Health and Human Services Criminal History and a Request for Child Abuse Information Records check before hire and every two years thereafter.
- Be able to lift up to 40 pounds, crawl on the floor and occasionally stand 4 hours at a time.
- Must be able to complete job duties with reasonable accommodation.
