Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle data entry tasks, and assist in office management activities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and order entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents as needed.
- Assist in office management duties such as organizing files and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide clerical support including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tasks.
- Support administrative functions related to medical receptionist duties.
- Assist in project coordination by scheduling meetings and preparing necessary materials.
- Manage calendars and appointments for team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in medical receptionist duties is advantageous.
- Demonstrated capability in project coordination and calendar management.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
