Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing client relationships, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring smooth administrative operations within our construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with clients and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
- Utilize QuickBooks for invoicing clients and subcontractors, and maintaining financial records.
- Use Google Sheets to track project timelines, expenses, and other relevant data.
- Monitor subcontractors for Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and W9 forms, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist in managing project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Provide administrative support to project managers and other team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative roles within the construction industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Sheets is required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
