Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Provides table side service to our guests. (Greets and seats guests. Serves guests with all food and beverage requirements in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. Clears tables during service. Controls guest checks and secures proper payment.)
a. Maintains a thorough knowledge of menus.
b. Pre-bus all tables removing soiled dishes after each course.
c. Operates the P.O.S system.
2. Ensures station and table set-ups are complete and performs various side duties as assigned.
3. Maintains proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment.
4. Performs cashiering functions by closing checks and preparing end of shift paperwork.
5. Performs opening and closing procedures and side-work duties according to station rotation assignment and established checklist.
6. Ensures that tables and side stands are kept stocked, tidy and clean.
7. Keeps all beverages full (coffee, juices etc.)
8. Breaks down trays of dirty dishes and linens in the dish room according to established standards.
9. Receives and delivers food and beverage orders and collects payment.
10. Assists in setting and serving banquet events as needed.
11. Ensures overall guest satisfaction.
12. Performs other duties as required within the scope of responsibility.
