**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage the front desk, and support administrative tasks in a fast-paced medical office environment.
**Duties**
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries.
- Manage the front desk, including scheduling appointments, handling patient records, and coordinating office activities.
- Utilize order entry skills to process patient orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date files, both digital and physical, to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Demonstrate proficiency with phone systems, including answering and directing calls.
- Assist with project coordination, including planning and executing events, as needed.
- Provide administrative support, including handling mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Develop and maintain a positive and professional office environment.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless office operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a medical office environment is preferred.
- Experience with medical receptionist roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with office management and project coordination is an asset.
- Proven experience in handling administrative tasks, including order entry and file management.
- Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
