Overview:
We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest services in a hotel setting.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Check-in/check-out guests efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in using phone systems and front desk software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality management and hotel operations
