Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Schedule client appointments and maintain the attorney's calendar.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth client intake processes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college courses or degrees are a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Proficiency in using office equipment, including multi-line phones and computer systems.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism.
