**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations.

**Duties:**
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone systems etiquette
- Assist in office management tasks such as organizing files and scheduling appointments
- Transcribe, format, input, edit, retrieve, copy, and transmit text, data, and graphics
- Maintain computer literacy to handle various software applications
- Perform administrative duties including clerical tasks like order entry and project coordination
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in clerical tasks and office procedures
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of MS Office applications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
