Bilingual Spanish Facilities Maintenance Lead
$30.00 per hour to start plus healthcare and PTO
As Bilingual Spanish Facilities Maintenance Lead your job duties and responsibilities will include:
- Joining a premier specialist in apartment leasing and property management
- Supporting facilities maintenance operations in Chicago's Buena Park Neighborhood
- Inspecting grounds, facilities and equipment
- Planning, scheduling, coordinating and execute grounds maintenance, repairs and remodeling projects
- Performing routine general and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as well as service complaints as they arise
- Making emergency repairs as necessary
- Coordinating major projects with outside contractors
- Supervising and overseeing contracting teams
- Upholding building codes, regulations and quality standards
- Ensuring common areas remain neat and orderly
- Ordering materials, parts and supplies as necessary
- Documenting your maintenance and repair activities
- Handling special projects
- Performing other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- Building Maintenance and/or Facilities Maintenance experience
- Mechanical and Maintenance experience
- Computer and Data Entry skills
Pluses:
- +++ Related Supervisory and/or Team Lead experience
