Hours: Monday - Friday 7-4
Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen, transfer inbound telephone calls
- Distribute incoming mail
- Draft correspondences and other documents
- Perform other office tasks as assigned by management
- Must have Quickbook Experience
- Google Docs
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Computer literate
- High School or Equivalent
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Friendly and team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Clear and pleasant phone manner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
