Responsibilities Include but or not limited to:
- Maintaining and updating the asset management system by tracking all company-owned assets.

Will ensure necessary maintenance is completed for all company equipment and vehicles.

Responsible for obtaining quotes from approved vendors for all divisions.

Conducting monthly, quarterly, and yearly inventory as necessary.

Responsible for interoffice shipping and booking all company travel.
- Conducts safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify corrective action, and implement follow-up assessments.
- Plans, implements, and conducts preventative care, safety, and compliance training programs.
- Plans, implements, manages, and maintains comprehensive environmental safety & health programs on-premises or at project site locations.
- Provides project management team with guidance on health and safety and confirms project site fulfills industry, local, state, and federal guidelines, and regulations.
Collaborates with management to develop an Emergency Action Plan and serve as primary contact for project site injury and incident notification, investigation, and case management

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma required. 1 year of experience is preferred.

Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Must be willing to travel both in and out of state.

Must be able to pass background and drug screen.

TWIC card preferred.
