We are seeking a talented applicant who is a team player for our Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator position. This candidate will be able to deliver stellar service to our patients, with a willingness to learn.
We are looking for applicants who have exceptional customer service skills, strong communications skills, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow-up to ensure best practices and is proficient with Dentrix. As a member of our administrative team, you will be the first line of customer service for all patients and visitors entering our office.
Typical duties include scheduling to meet the daily financial goals of the practice, presenting treatment to patients, helping them obtain comfortable financial options to move forward with treatment, checking patients in, checking patients out, collecting patient’s estimated responsibility, confirming the schedule, answering the phones.
The right candidate will present a positive attitude, is dependable and coachable, and will be an integral member of our established team.
