Our Mission:

Compensation:
Commission-based pay
Expected earnings: $60,000 - $150,000 annually

Responsibilities:
- Hold an active California real estate license
- Conduct prospecting and lead generation through various channels such as in-person meetings, phone calls, digital media, and open houses
- Represent buyers and sellers to facilitate successful transactions
- Negotiate purchase agreements, listing agreements, resolve client issues, and liaise with third parties
- Self-motivated with a drive for excellence
- Excellent communicator and enjoys working with people
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to learn new skills
- Optimistic, hardworking, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
Requirements:
- Active Real Estate License in California and must live in California (REQUIRED)
