Russo restaurant group is hiring for an experience restaurant LSM local store marketing. To apply must have 3 to 5 years experience in the restaurant industry assisting franchisee in LSM marketing for 10 plus stores
Must provide a resume and a copy of your portfolio samples of proven LSM results and experience in this field
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business, PR, Marketing Communications, or related field
3-5 years of restaurant and/or franchised group experience with in-depth knowledge of all factors affecting sales including consumer behavior, as well as competitive and promotional impact on sales, media planning and execution, competitive analysis, and local planning implementation
Proven track record of delivering execution that drives both traffic and sales
Strong interpersonal, written, communication and relationship building skills
Financial acumen including ability to calculate costs and forecast ROI results
The ability to teach, drive, and coach relationship marketing across the system
Ability to think strategically and execute plans tactically using a positive approach
Strong planning and project management skills with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail
Must be dynamic, high-energy in a fast-paced environment and possess strong interpersonal and skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
The LSM Manager is responsible for assisting Franchise Owners with Local Store Marketing (LSM) efforts that will create brand awareness, drive traffic, develop strong community ties and build sales for Russo New York Pizzeria restaurants
Develop local store marketing plans designed to generate new customer visits, increase customer frequency, for outside catering sales and fine in traffic and grow average check average in each location
Develop strategies for marketing and PR plans to deliver our brand message and grow sales with our promotional programs with school, office building, etc
Build a comprehensive catering sales building strategy to meet and exceed catering sales revenue objectives
Track and analyze sales progress and business trends
Work with local Catering Sales Manager to execute local strategies within their designated areas
Partner with Grand Opening team to support successful grand openings, including training and development to start marketing initiatives
Analyze data to make decisions for promotional activity that results in growing sales, transactions and/or check average trends in a positive manner
Identify local community partnerships, fundraising, group sales sponsorships, events and festivals
Establish strong relationships with our Franchise Owners and Operations Directors, positioned as their main point of contact on LSM
Educate and ensure brand standards compliance
Display good judgment in determining “on-brand” and “off-brand” field requests to ensure all LSM work aligns with the larger strategy
Track and measure results of all local marketing initiatives, leveraging the results to continually refine and improve local marketing programs
Coordinates test market implementation, monitors results and provides feedback
Aggregates competitive intelligence and conducts analysis of marketplace trends
Provides competitive information including pricing information
