Twinleaf is a small, growing scientific instrument and technology company seeking a flexible and responsible individual capable of careful record keeping and professional customer interaction. The role encompasses order processing and ensuring that products are being produced and shipped in a timely manner. The duties include:
- Being the first email point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Issuing quotes for customer requests.
- Accepting customer purchase orders
- Interfacing with production staff to schedule fabrication
- Coordinating shipments and logistics, in particular for foreign export of items
- Tracking all activities using an Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) system
- Invoicing for shipped items.
- Creating reports on sales, and anticipating inventory requirements.
A successful candidate possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with the team and company clients. The role requires strong organization and computer skills.

Pay: $32.00 - $45.00 per hour
