Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all guests are greeted in a friendly manner.
- Answer questions about the hotel and its services.
- Process guest requests, such as room service and housekeeping requests.
- Handle customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
- Receive and deposit funds for guests.
- Provide accurate information about the hotel to guests, including room rate and availability.
- Enter reservation requests into computer system.
