Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office operations, including but not limited to preparation of payout reports, entering bills into Quickbooks, managing Vendor database, expense record keeping, assisting project managers with licenses, bonds, permits, calendar management, clerical tasks, and budgeting.
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service at the front desk.
- Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and phone etiquette.
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Manage schedules and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files using QuickBooks or other software.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
