Senior Leasing Specialist
- 1 full year Leasing experience required
- Previous YARDI voyager experience required
- Bilingual Nice to have
- Strong sales and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Well organized and self starter
- Experience preferred with preparing and presenting lease agreements, addendum's, paperwork, and renewal agreements
- Ability to learn surrounding market and stay on top of ever changing rental rates and specials being offered at your location as well as at your competitor's locations

Assistant Manager
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years Property Management experience
- Tax Credit experience required
- Knowledgeable in Fair Housing Laws
- Collection and Lien Laws
- Willingness to contribute in other areas
- Personable and trustworthy character.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Concern for a work safety program.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with administrative office responsibilities; including but not limited to policy adherence, scheduling, and processing of administrative reports.
- Assist in the enforcement of the community policies.
- Have knowledge of competitive communities in the market area
- Collection and recording of rent and other monies due, and making daily bank deposits.
- Complete landlord liens, when appropriate.
- File and follow-up on eviction procedures, when applicable.
- Assist in processing security deposit refunds and assessing charges as per policy guidelines.
- Assist in planning and preparation of resident retention programs and social activities.
- Direct staff in absence of manager.
- Assist in preparation of accounts payable for computer entry and preparation of transmittals
- Assist in maintenance of all resident and vendor files.
- Maintain inventory of all office supplies on hand.
- Is observant of and reports property work orders.
- Assist in monitoring of service request completion.
- Discuss with manager on a daily basis the operation of the property.
- Help to promote Teamwork and employee morale.
- In constant training for manager position
- Update and record resident changes in lease terms into computer for accurate lease administration
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
