As an Inside Sales Representative at LPi, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting businesses with their target audiences through our innovative communication and engagement solutions tailored specifically for churches.
Day to Day
As a part of your daily responsibilities you'll be you'll be selling digital and print advertising to small and medium-sized businesses which will drive account profitability and revenue for churches and other non-profit organizations. Do you love overcoming challenges? You'll be qualifying your leads, overcoming objections, and sealing the deal like a pro. Dialing up new opportunities? Expect a lot of outbound phone action as you make 75-100 calls per day as you qualify warm and cold leads for new business. This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the office 2-3 days per week.

What will make you successful:
- Sales experience in B2B, cold calling, prospecting, and a desire to succeed and grow by helping our clients succeed.
- Proficiency in CRM software (i.e. Salesforce) and other sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and analyze your sales performance.
- A proven track record of success in direct sales, preferably in advertising, media, or related industries. A strong understanding of sales or advertising principles, including digital and print advertising.
- A result focused mindset able to work independently in a fast-paced sale environment
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: Uncapped commission + base salary
- Our Inside sales representatives average $55,000-$65,000
